Owen
Loved our room that was kept clean and available with toiletries and bugs flying in, as for instance. The breakfast at 730am. Its location in Hadley was convenient and nice, short walk to even a restaurant, the grocery store for about a hour and shops. The staff were helpful and amicable, gave us great tips.
Nothing negative to say.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. the hotel offers great value for money, with competitive prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs and requests were met promptly. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay. Lastly, the hotel's location in a convenient area, close to college and surrounded by shops, made it easy for me to explore the new area without hassle.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Not much to like there
The staff was extremely hostile. If a complaint is raised they immediately jump down your throat and look for a fight. Because of their foreign accents it makes it very difficult to understand them when they are yelling at you. I asked them about the pricing not realizing the in VERY small print it said 11.7% sales tax they flipped the conversation to threatening me that they could easily add on to my bill if I wanted them to because I had four people staying in a two queen bed room. What hotel does that? Also for $145 a night they made me go to the front desk and get my own towels of I wanted them...the rooms are pretty gross and there wasn't even soap or shampoo in the bathroom and the garbages weren't even empty.

Polite staff & clean. Continental breakfast was good.
A lot of traffice on the road outside all night long. No reflection on the Inn, of course.

The location was FAVOURABLE and convenient, close enough to the grocery store for about a hour and the stores. Also, it was approximately a 15-minute walk from Hadley Farm Museum, which was a plus.
